Before each use of the service a functionality test of all the important components takes place as well as a training of the lecturer in the lecturing interface. To ensure that our clients have the highest level of comfort possible, each client has an assigned employee that guides him throughout the whole process. During the entire webinar the employee supervises and controls the availability of the service. In case of complications, an immediate action is taken.
